Processing & Delivery Estimates
Because every North Form artwork is produced specifically for each order, items undergo custom printing, precision trimming, stretching (for canvas), quality assurance, and packaging prior to shipment.
Production & Carrier Transit Times:
Orders typically enter production within 1–2 business days. Complete production and carrier delivery timeframes are being finalized by North Form and will be posted here soon. You will receive an automated shipment notification with carrier tracking as soon as your artwork departs the production facility.
Multiple Items & Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple artworks or combinations of paper prints and stretched canvas, items may be packaged and dispatched separately to ensure optimal transit protection.
When separate shipments occur, you will receive individual tracking updates for each package at no additional charge.
Digital Downloads
Digital artwork files are delivered electronically immediately upon completed checkout. You will receive immediate on-screen access to high-resolution files and a permanent download confirmation email. Digital files do not incur shipping charges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We inspect all artwork prior to dispatch. If your order arrives damaged in transit, contains a production defect, or is incorrect, contact North Form within 14 days of delivery.
